Josiah (perma-ban)

Josiah was permanently banned from animejoy a while ago but when Jeff cleared the old forums, he undid all the old permabans. He came on today, instantly started trolling and has been put back on that list, just letting you all know not to unban him, if anyone does unban him, I shall be having strong words. Just because Vapor and Jeff are no longer part of a team, does not mean that the old decisions about permabans have been undone. If anyone wants to make a case in Josiah's defence, they are welcome to, but until any further voting is done, he is still on the permaban list. Thank you.
