Roymode - Dotandshoot (high alert)

Amazed he didn't have a high alert thread until now. Known womanizer, pretends to be 15 in PMs to get to know women, then logs back into his account and uses what he's learned to flirt with them. He sexually harassed Hiba so badly she ended up having to block him (she was a long time friend of his that he would call "soul buddy" pun on "soul mate").
Literally a couple days later, he started using his dotandshoot account to pretend to be a guy named "Mark" to hit on Mari calling her his "soul buddy", and trying to steal her from Jens. Mari being confused and worried about this "Mark" fellow, she confided in me and thus learned the truth that it was Roy all along. Jens fought him (both in AJ and in PM's), and he left Mari alone after.
Most recently our newest regular Connor (whom I am close with thus I warned her far in advanced to watch out for Roy), has been getting called his "future wife" in PM's and openly flirts with her in AJ. He started out telling her he was 15, but she didn't fall for it thanks to my warning. Still she's lightly friends with him, so I am keeping an eye on him because of his repeat intention towards young girls and women.
He has also manipulated several users into giving him their password to do some 'profile fixing' for them, but he later logs in and pretends to be them when they aren't around. Most recently he has done this with Anna's account, but he also did this with Hiba's account (and according to her the one time she was banned was because he'd posted porn in her name). He also tried to get Eni's password, when I was telling Anna in AJ why she shouldn't give people her password Eni volunteer that information, so I warned him in PM's about Roy as well. According to project umbrella (another bot), he's also used Letters account, and geil (whoever that is).
The oldest story I know from Roy however, is of him trying to pick up Zmey (she was likely 17 at the time). But that didn't work considering she didn't fall for it. Most of that happened before I was a member, but I did see him hitting on her too in my early days of being on AJ. Clearly a womanizer, and pedo considering he doesn't care if its a young girl he's hitting on.
Reminds me very much of Rennet given he's a manipulator, and pretends to be different people. But he's less intense with it, so I imagine that's why he's fallen under the radar for so long and avoided having a high alert thread even opened.

I want to add in that ''Anniejluv'' have also been contacted by roy in pm's. Also My friend Caryn that comes here using many diff accounts have been pm'ed by him.

Asking Connor for nudes in PM's. I knew the moment he came on AJ, and saw Connor there talking he was going to go after her. What are we going to do about this guy? I've had a talk with her about him, so she knows not to trust him. But he's targeting people hard, this isn't ok.

Looking back at his ban-thread, he does not have three bans on him amazingly. I made this thread directly out of internal trouble he has been causing. However, Haja said he was given eight warnings, which would equal (if the ban system had been employed correctly), another two bans and a half. Which is good enough. Before I cast my vote for perma ban, yes or no. I would like to look into the picture threatening anon situation a little more (just to be 100% sure of something), so I will cast my vote later today; if I can finish my mini investigation.

He's been causing trouble since I've been a mod (and thus paid attention to it). I think on the old system he was pretty close to a permaban but can't really remember. I do think I need to review the situation in maybe a week. I had a word with him yesterday about baiting Haja for no good reason. If he manages to control himself, I'm happy to give him a last chance but he does like to bait mods. He made me lose it so many times back in the old days! Anyway, I'm trying to keep permabans down if they're not needed. It just adds more people to look out for trying to use VPNs and decreases mod attention to the entire chat

Sounds fair to me. Maybe if he knows how close he is to actually getting removed from the chat, he'll clean up his act (at least in the room - doubt he'll ever stop targeting the people he targets, unless they personally give him a solid no followed by a block). But since you are talking with him, I won't go behind you. If you want to let him know, that's up to you. -Still doing my investigation on the aforementioned matter.

You're perfectly free to give your own opinion, it might be better than mine! Roy is a creep but i've alreadytold people countless times that if they're being harassed on pms they need to actually tell us. I've been gotten at so many times in chat for stepping in on cases which looked like harassment to me but which were just friends having a bit of a joke with each other so unless I'm completely aware of the situation, I tend to assume it's nothing until I get told...or if I'm really not sure I'll pm and ask the user who seems to be on the harassee side

was pmed earlier saying roy was insinuating he had raped people without actually using words. i scrolled back to see and although he was definitely playing the edgy kid game "you've got no idea how many lives i've ruined" "i can destroy lives in seconds" kinda thing, he never actually talked about sexual assault or rape. The person who pmed me said he's doing the same shit Jay used to do, i.e saying JUST enough to not get banned. Based on that, i'm reopening these discussions officially

I know that warnings reset everyday but being an oldie that knows the rules more than others but still breaks them at least once a day is really annoying, specially that he encourages people to do that as well and when they rebel he boost them up with "good job" etc.

I know it's not enough to get him banned but his existence in AJ gives me cancer, because all he does is either bully or talk shit amd mention how glorious the old days and how fake are people now.

I got fooled by him as well and got harassed which I'm ashamed of, he is a manipulative creep who gets closer to people by making them feel in control and take advantage of their weaknesses like asking a drunk person for their pictures while he KNOWS that the person wouldn't send them if they were sober and already told him that but he still strikes when he get the chance.

Ok. First off, I personally do not reset warnings after one day. I remember who I warn for a few days, and it only resets when enough time has gone by that I have forgotten (probably three days or so - which is about fair giving that is our ban time anyway). So he has earned a ban already, if you've warned him all three times already you are free to ban him.
Now, since he is still an on going trouble maker, has been banned three or more times (he has one ban on the thread, one ban pending, and has had several bans before we changed our forum and lost information: I'm sure Zero recalls he did have a ban thread there), and has a high alert thread... He qualifies for a permaban vote.
Which of course if everyone decides to cast a vote, mine would be yes. -Not because I can't stand him either, I can't stand him because of his rotten behavior, so its one and the same. No personal fight or anything with him, just saying.

It isn't personal, yes I do dislike him very much but I wouldn't have a problem with him in the chat if he'd stop being an ass to others and stick with the rules.
