This probably doesn't surprised anyone but this guy has become troubling again, latest crime is harassment vs haja

Yeah... He was harassing Vapor with the same thing last week, he really bullies with that one. Once? Ok. Twice... Eh. But he just don't know when to stop, no filter at all. Maybe you should have a talk with him about this, so its made clear he's being a problem and we know it.

i'm considering opening permaban discussions. i know he only has 1 ban on this system but you all know what he was like before, and he's shown no signs of improvement.

Ok, I don't like the idea of permanently banning people without them having three bans. But given we know how troubling he can be, I'm going to cast my opinion and vote like this:
Someone should talk to him about his behavior in PM's (like I did with Otaku), and warn him that he is on very thin ice and to either pull it together, or face potentially being perma-banned. If he says he'll try to change I vote no for a perma ban for now.
If someone has already talked to him about this in PMs before, and he's still acting like this. Or if someone talks to him now and he reacts negatively with no promise of change.... I vote yes, permaban.
I don't say this lightly, because permanently is a long time, and I know he has friends, around even if most consider him to be annoying. (I don't consider him a friend FYI, given he disrespects me a lot too, dropping my first and last name initials, and biological sex as he pleases even though I've asked him not to. So that isn't the reason I'm saying this, I just want to be fair.)
